The premium covers refining, minting and handling. Smaller pieces cost proportionally more to make, so they carry a higher premium — around 20% on a 1g split, easing down to about 3% on a 50g Combibar. We publish the full curve so you always see where your size sits.

The gold price is live. At checkout you will also see any delivery fee and payment-processing fee, listed separately before you pay. There is no GST.

A Combibar is a single sealed, hallmarked gold bar (from Valcambi) that is scored so it can be broken into individual 1-gram pieces. It lets you start small, accumulate gram by gram, and still hold real, dividable gold.

Individual 1g splits, larger splits, and sealed 50g and 100g Combibars — plus standard bars such as the PAMP Multigram. Everything is 999.9 fine.

As you buy along the premium curve, your grams accumulate. When you reach 50g, you can convert to a sealed 50g bar at spot price — a Valcambi Combibar or a PAMP Fortuna, your choice — with no penalty, then start accumulating toward the next one.

Our premium-curve 1-gram splits come from two sources: Valcambi (for 1g splits from a Combibar) and PAMP Suisse (for 1g splits from a PAMP Multigram). Our standard bars come from LBMA Good Delivery refiners and mints, sourced globally from reputable wholesalers and distributors.

Through HitPay: PayNow, credit or debit card, GrabPay and Atome. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available through HitPay on supported devices. All orders are charged in Singapore Dollars.

Your gold arrives sealed and insured. Choose same-day delivery within Singapore via Lalamove, next-day delivery via NinjaVan, or self-pickup (subject to approval — please contact us to arrange).

Yes. Our branded Valcambi 1-gram split cards carry a unique serial (an NFC tag and a QR code). Scan it and it opens our public verification page, which confirms the piece is genuine and shows its certificate of provenance — no sign-in needed.

Yes. Our Sell to Us service buys back at the live spot price, with a per-product buyback rate shown up front. Arrange a Lalamove pickup or drop it off; once we have inspected and authenticated it, payout is sent via PayNow within two business days.

Pieces you bought from us — they appear in your portfolio, and you choose which to sell.

Because your price is locked to live spot the moment you confirm, paid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or amended. Before you pay, you are free to change or empty your cart.

Returns are accepted only for gold that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or that fails authentication — reported within 48 hours of delivery, in its original sealed packaging. Once verified, we refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Change of mind or a change in the gold price is not refundable, as spot moves continuously.

By WhatsApp OTP, email OTP, passkey, or Apple/Google — all linked to one account, so you can use whichever you prefer.

We anonymise your profile and remove your sign-in methods, so it cannot be used to sign in again. For legal record-keeping (IRAS), past order and payment records are retained for the required period. Deletion is permanent.
