How to buy gold gram by gram
You don't need to buy a large bar to own real gold. A scored Combibar can be broken into individual 1-gram pieces, so you can start with a single gram and build up over time.

What is the Combibar, and what does 1+1 mean?
A Combibar is a single sealed, hallmarked gold bar (from Valcambi) that is scored so it can be broken into individual 1-gram pieces. It lets you start small, accumulate gram by gram, and still hold real, dividable gold.
What sizes can I buy?
On the Premium Curve: individual 1g splits and whole bars up to 1oz (5g and 10g today). Beyond that, sealed 50g and 100g Combibars — plus standard bars such as the PAMP Multigram. With 1+1Gold MAG you can also buy gold in 1-gram steps as your share of a larger bar that stays in our vault. Everything is 999.9 fine.
What does splitting, or converting to a 50g bar, mean?
As you buy along the Premium Curve, your grams accumulate. When you reach 50g, you can convert to a sealed 50g bar at spot price with no penalty, then start accumulating toward the next one.
What is 1+1Gold MAG?
MAG — My Allocated Gold — lets you buy gold in 1-gram steps as your recorded share of a specific, serial-numbered bar that we hold in our vault. The bar is shared; your grams are recorded against its serial number, and they are never shipped. MAG has its own premium, which depends on how many grams you buy and is shown on each listing; promo and referral codes don't apply to MAG. You can sell your grams back at the published buyback price, or apply them at their full MAG value — what the same grams cost to buy that day — towards the current price of a physical bar at checkout, down to our smallest size, so you need not wait until you reach 50g or 100g (PayNow, card or cash on delivery; you pay the balance).
