How do I know my gold is genuine?
All our gold comes from LBMA Good Delivery refiners and mints, sourced globally from reputable wholesalers and distributors. Our Valcambi 1-gram splits are packaged in our own branded cards, with security features and a verifiable certificate of provenance, as packed by us.
Can I verify a piece myself?
Yes. Our branded Valcambi 1-gram split cards carry a unique serial (an NFC tag and a QR code). Scan it and it opens our public verification page, which confirms the piece is genuine and shows its certificate of provenance — no sign-in needed.
Which refineries do you use?
Our Premium Curve 1-gram splits come from two sources: Valcambi (for 1g splits from a Combibar) and PAMP Suisse (for 1g splits from a PAMP Multigram). The larger Premium Curve bars come from LBMA-accredited refiners such as Valcambi and Nadir. Our standard bars come from LBMA Good Delivery refiners and mints, sourced globally from reputable wholesalers and distributors.
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted only for gold that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or that fails authentication — reported within 48 hours of delivery, in its original sealed packaging. Once verified, we refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Change of mind or a change in the gold price is not refundable, as spot moves continuously.
